Part-Time Quality Assurance Agent

The QA Agent will be responsible for testing pre-release video games and reporting on usability and bugs to ensure the best possible player experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Test video games to identify and document bugs and issues.

  • Provide detailed reports on bugs, including steps to reproduce, severity, and potential suggestions for resolution.

  •  Work closely with development teams to follow up on issues and verify fixes.

  • Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on game design documents and requirements.

  • Ensure that games function correctly across various hardware and software configurations.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the games being tested and the specifics of the test work.

Qualifications: 

  • Must reside within commuting distance of Erie, PA or be able to reliably commute to our Erie office.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for video games and an understanding of gaming platforms (PC and consoles).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
